1. Submitted a Membership Application
2. Completed Summit 101 (Previously called Growth Track & Next Steps Weekend)
3. Actively Serving on a Dream Team (Serving at Least Once a Month)
4. Actively Participating in a Small Group (Attended at Least 3 Sessions in the Last 90 Days)
5. Contributing Financially to the Church

*After a membership application is approved, you should have received a membership certificate in the mail.
