Thank you for expressing interest in serving at She Is One Night with Annie F. Downs on Tuesday, April 28, 2026!
 
We couldn’t do this without our incredible She Is Dream Team—your heart to serve helps create a welcoming, Spirit-filled space for every woman who walks through the doors.

Since She Is One Night is hosted by Summit Church, all volunteers must be regular attendees of Summit Church.

She Is Team Members must be at least 16 years old.

Dream Team Opportunities

☕ Café Team
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and snacks for our welcome and/or after party. This team helps create the warm, community-centered atmosphere we love!

️ Check-In Team
Assist with scanning attendee and volunteer tickets as guests arrive and make sure everyone receives a warm welcome.

Community Team
Help women who are attending alone feel seen and included! You’ll be stationed in a designated section to greet with joy, hold fun signs, and invite guests to sit with your group.

Décor Team
Bring the creative vision to life! This team helps with pre-event décor workdays, setup, tear-down, and adding those beautiful finishing touches that make the night feel special.

Greeter Team
Welcome attendees before and after the event and provide friendly directions to various areas throughout the venue.

ℹ️ Info Center
Manage the Info Center during the event—assist with directions, lost & found, and answering FAQs. If you love helping people feel confident and cared for, this is your spot!

️ Set Up + Tear Down
We need both men and women who can lend a hand before and after the event with physical setup and teardown. (Bonus: you’ll get your steps in for the day!)

Parking Team (Men)
Create a smooth and welcoming first impression by directing traffic and helping guests safely find parking as they arrive and leave.

Party Hostess
Help create a fun and inviting atmosphere during the Welcome Party and/or After Party! You’ll greet guests, answer questions, provide directions, and mingle with new friends.

Prayer Team Ministry
Provide one-on-one prayer during ministry time. Must have completed Summit’s Prayer Ministry Training prior to serving.

️ She Is Shoppe
If you love people and organization, join this team! You’ll assist with product setup and sales during the Welcome Party and Live Event for She Is and guest merchandise.

️ Tech + Production Team
Support the event behind the scenes by running slides, lights, and visuals. Prior experience serving on this team is required.

Usher Team
Check attendee bracelets at the doors, help with seating, and ensure a smooth experience inside the auditorium.
