We couldn’t do this without our incredible She Is Dream Teams—volunteers who serve with joy, excellence, and hearts full of love for Jesus. Together, you help create a Spirit-filled, welcoming atmosphere for every woman who walks through the doors.

If you call Summit Church home, we’d love for you to join us in making this powerful weekend possible. There’s a place for everyone—men and women alike—to use their gifts and make a difference!

Dream Team Opportunities

☕ Café Team
Prepare coffee, tea, and light snacks for session breaks.

️ Check-In Team
Welcome attendees as they arrive! Assist with scanning tickets, distributing bracelets, and handing out entry items. (May require 2–3 hours of standing.)

Community Team
Welcome and connect with women attending alone. This team sits in a designated section, holds encouraging signs, and helps every woman feel seen and included.

Décor Team
Help bring the She Is atmosphere to life! This includes pre-event work days, set-up, tear-down, and adding those beautiful finishing touches that make the venue shine.

Dream Team Support
Assist with training night (usually the week before She Is) and host our volunteers throughout the event. Tasks may include setting up décor, preparing the volunteer lounge, and helping with signage or tear-down.

Greeters
Be the first smile women see! Greet attendees before sessions and help direct them to various locations throughout the venue.

❓ Info Center
Staff the Info Center, providing directions, lost-and-found assistance, FAQs, and general event information.

Packaging Team
Join us for a pre-conference prep day (typically 1 week before the event) to assemble check-in materials and attendee gifts. Approximately 4-6 hours of work.

Parking Team (Men)
Direct traffic and help create a smooth, welcoming arrival and departure experience for all attendees.

Party Host Team
Help host our Welcome Party and After Party! Duties include greeting, serving, answering questions, and creating a fun, inviting atmosphere.

Prayer Ministry Team
Serve in prayer shifts during ministry moments, offering one-on-one prayer and encouragement. (Must have completed Summit’s Prayer Ministry Training.)

Set-Up + Tear-Down Team
Help with the behind-the-scenes work of setting up and tearing down before, during, and after the conference. Both men and women are welcome!

️ She Is Shoppe Team
Serve in our conference store during the Welcome Party and sessions. Tasks include assisting with product sales, organizing, restocking, and helping women shop with a smile!

Production Team
Support the live event through visuals, lighting, and tech elements. (Experience serving on Summit’s Production Team required.)

Ushers
Assist with seating, check attendee bracelets at doors, and help transition the auditorium between sessions. (Requires walking and standing for 2–3 hours, including stairs.)
